Category Manager: Performance Team Wear & Rowing

Morgan is an elite rower, who is a multi-medallist at both State and National Championships. She has represented Queensland and Australian in Rowing. Morgan is an avid cyclist, former track runner, triathlete and loves to Snowboard.

Volare designs cutting edge sportswear for performance athletes and active life-stylers. Worn globally by Olympians and age groups alike, Volare is the cheeky Aussie underdog, no pretence, no ego, just great designs.

Volare has always been focussed on creating best in class designs, crafted by passionate athletes just like Morgan. Call it Aussie ingenuity, but we are certainly smart enough to know that women, know a thing or two about women’s sportswear and about how performance garments should fit, feel, function and look. Which is why we are so excited to have Morgan joining the Volare team and already getting stuck in to refining and improving 2023 women’s range.

When Morgan’s not refining our performance women’s ranges, you will find her chasing her ambition to represent Australia.

Favourite Training Session / Sessions?

Erg: 4x500m 5’ rest and 30’ R20

Water: 3x6’ (2’ 2’ 1’ 1’ @ R28, R30, R32, R34) and 4x10’ (2’ @ R18,20,22,20,18)

Favourite Volare Products?

Kirra goggles with the interchangeable nose piece for cross training swim sessions, and the 20L Waterproof Backpack for regatta days/ storing training gear. Top secret but... I can’t wait for the release of the new Women’s Rowing range!

Greatest Achievement?

Gaining selection on an Aus Team within 2 years of starting the sport.

If you could invite anyone (from the present or the past) to dinner, who would it be and why?

Cathy Freeman – I grew up wanting to be like her, definitely my biggest inspiration in sport.

Adam Sandler – I love his feature in movies, especially Grown Ups, nothing beats a good laugh.

Kath & Kim – I love the series and would love to share an afternoon wine with the whole crew.

Favourite Triathlon Discipline?

Equal tie for the Cycle and Run leg. I love long rides down South along the coastline to a good bakery, and love to run anywhere, anytime.
