Swimming Dry Land Stretch Cords With Paddles
Dry land swim training cords improve a swimmer’s strength, flexibility and overall conditioning. From a technical perspective the swim cords have incorporated hand paddles, which help improve a swimmer’s hand and elbow position by reinforcing correct muscle memory and teaching the importance of relaxed flat hands.
Resistance cords are ideal for warming up before training or racing and replicate the swim stroke on dry land. Resistance can be altered simply by stepping back further from the fixed position. They are highly portable and come with a handy storage bag.
Warnings
Never release under tension or intentionally at people. Do not use if swim cords appear damaged or cracked in anyway. Walk back until you feel a manageable working resistance, do not stretch the swim cords more than two times there original length as you will exceed the resistance limit and injury may occur. Always have an adult supervising. Ensure you are attaching to a secure pole or object that will not move or break lose.
